Even if it were possible to acquire one of each of the 13 different guitars we mention in our Guitars Section, the different timbers and decoration would make for a rather ugly photo! Thanks to the marvels of computer imagery, here are the different scale lengths for all the guitars we mention, from contrabass to soprano.

There's a bit of artistic licence here - in the classical guitar family the neck width stays pretty much constant - our cunning photo manipulation just can't do that!
