What format is it?

We use rich-text - any email client should be able to read the newsletter

How often does it come?

When we have news! Typically every 6-9 weeks - if you don't receive a copy for 10 weeks, contact us here and tell us

What about viruses?

We always take great care - the newsletter is prepared on an Apple Mac, which cannot harbour PC viruses.

What about SPAM?

Your email address will be hidden, so it cannot be "harvested" by Internet low-life.

• NOTE: If your email provider offers a SPAM filter, add us to your address book on your webmail to let us through.
  Our address is newsletter and then the @ sign and then hago.org.uk (Excuse that longhand, but email addresses are harvested from web pages too!)

You can unsubscribe at any time - instructions on every newsletter

What if it goes wrong?

It's all run by hand, so mail us via the "Contact Us" form - tell us the problem and we'll fix it.

Is there a catch?

No - we care passionately about guitar - this is all part of the outreach we do - no ulterior motive or hidden marketing!
